I'm creative, curious and chaotic. Not necessarily in that order.

I'm a tree hugger, globetrotter, rain lover and dedicated plastic hater. I've traveled to nearly 100 countries (still counting), yet my list of places I want to visit keeps getting longer. Along the way, I've collected a ridiculous number of experiences and photos from around the world.

Originally from the Netherlands, I've made Kenya my home for now.

As a trainer, facilitator and learning designer, I've spent much of my working life in international development, helping people learn and discover new ways of doing things. Quite likely without ever putting anyone to sleep.

I take my work very seriously. Myself, considerably less so. Life is much more enjoyable with a good laugh, preferably at my own expense.
